Hendra and Praa Sands Walk to Rinsey Head

This is a great walk from Praa Sands beach. You can walk past the house that you see from the beach that looks like it's about to fall off the cliff into the sea. It's called Rinsey Head.
Climb up the steps at the far end of the beach and carry on up the coastal hill top path. The views are beautiful. It's also really peaceful. You'll see the Wheal Prosper engine House.
Praa sands is a great surfing beach. It's great for families with dogs and there's great rocks for the kids to mess about on. Do be aware of the dog ban between 1st July and 31st August between 10am and 6pm.Praa Sands to Porthleven 4.8 miles
This walk is a great reminder of Cornwall's mining heritage.
